By creating an account or enrolling in any 5Trainers program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

5Trainers offers cohort-based and self-paced technology courses, mentorship, mock interviews, and placement assistance. Some features are free; paid features require an active subscription or one-time enrolment fee.

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

• One account per person — no sharing.
• Provide accurate information during enrolment.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.

Course fees are listed at enrolment. EMI options, where available, are processed by a third-party financing partner. All amounts are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refunds are governed by the program-specific refund policy presented at checkout. Once placement assistance has commenced, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute paid course content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform.
• Impersonate others or harass cohort members or mentors.
• Use the service to violate any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with no refund.

All course material, code samples, branding, and platform software remain the property of 5Trainers Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Enrolment grants you a limited, non-transferable licence to access the material for personal learning. You retain ownership of work product you create — you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display anonymised excerpts as case studies.

Placement assistance is offered subject to satisfactory completion of the program, ongoing engagement with our placement team, and meeting role-specific eligibility (interview clearance, background checks, location flexibility). It is a best-effort service — guaranteed offers are not promised unless explicitly stated in your enrolment contract.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Outcomes depend on your effort, prior background, and market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5Trainers' aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

You may close your account at any time via account settings or by writing to us. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, or non-payment. Provisions intended to survive termination (IP, liability, indemnity, governing law) shall do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mohali, Punjab.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
